Chocolate Banana Latte Shake

Drinking Chocolate

Ingredients

Milk ½ cup
Cold coffee ½ cup
Banana 1
Vanilla ice cream 3 tablespoons
Chocolate syrup 3 tablespoons
Crushed ice as required

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until incorporate.
Pour in glass and serve. 


Dark Chocolate Hair Mask

For healthy and shiny hair apply dark chocolate mask.

Hair Mask Made with Chocolate

Ingredients

Dark chocolate bar 3 squares
Yogurt ½ cup
Honey 1.5 tablespoons

Directions

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave then stir in yogurt and honey.
In warm condition apply the hair mask to your hair and avoid the scalp.
Wrap it and leave it on for one hour. Remove the mask with your fingers into a bin, to avoid clogging the drain.
After that wash your hair as normal with your shampoo and you can also use a conditioner.


Dark Chocolate Face Mask

As mentioned above dark chocolate contains flavonoids and polyphenols which have antioxidant properties that help to protect the skin and reduce wrinkles.

Face Mask for Glowing Skin

Ingredients

Pure honey 1/8 cup
Dark chocolate 3-4 squares (melted)
Ground oatmeal 2 teaspoons
Plain yogurt 1 tbsp

Directions


Combine all ingredients to make a smooth paste.
Apply on face and gently massage in circular motion for 5 minutes.
Now leave for 15 minutes then wash the face with warm water.
